This award winning Besafe Izi Kid Isofix car seat is our newest addition to the excellent range of BeSafe car seats. The Besafe Izi Kid Isofix Car Seat like it's big brother the Izi combi can be used rear facing for children up to approximately 4 years old or 18kg in weight. Unlike many rear facing car seats the besafe izi kid incorporates a leg extension bar that ensures good leg room for your child - even in a rear facing position.

It fits nice and securely to your car's isofix points with no need for rear tether straps like other rear facing car seats. A thicker deeply padded headrest means that this car seat is just as good at withstanding side impact if the unfortunate should happen. There is no safest or best car seat in the world as there are far too many factors to consider but if there was a league table then this car seat would certainly be right up there. It has after all just a won a "Which Magazine" car seat safety award.

Your child’s head accounts for as much as 25% of his bodyweight. The burden placed on the neck is five times lower when using rear-facing seats as opposed to forward-facing seats. Keep your baby rear facing as long as possible. BeSafe iZi Kid X3 ISOfix was test winner in the European child seat test 2009.

Please note: Unlike the BeSafe Izi Combi Car Seat the BeSafe Izi Kid car seat cannot be used in a forward facing position. It is a result much cheaper.
