Return Policy

We are committed to providing total customer satisfaction. Goods returned to us because of a change of heart (which is fair enough) must be returned to us unused and in their original condition.
Any items purchased from us and returned (at the customer’s expense) within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition, together with original packaging and receipt, will be accepted for a full credit or refund. It is not possible for us to refund the original cost of delivering the item/s.

If you find that you are mising an item or part of an item then you must notify us within 28 days of purchase. We will speak to the manufacturer and rectify the problem.

We will only accept the return of 'wheeled' goods for refund, (ie. pushchairs and prams) providing they have their original packaging and have not been used on a hard surface. Carseats and Pushchairs.com Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund if the pushchair and wheels are found to be marked in any way. This does not affect the manufacturers warranty. If you have ordered the wrong colour or size then your order will need to be returned for a full refund and a new order and payment placed.

Please note: We cannot supply replacement pushchairs or car seats if your pushchair or car seat has to be returned to us for repair.

Please note: We cannot refund unwanted items if they are not returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

If goods are returned as faulty we will inspect the goods and if necessary return them to the manufacturer for inspection and repair or replacement. If upon inspection the goods are found to be in good working order we reserve the right to charge you for the original collection of the goods.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost or misdirected returns. For your own protection, you should arrange for any goods to be returned by first class registered post or by courier.

This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights, which will remain unaffected.

While we make every effort to prevent shipping damage, on rare occasions it may occur. For your own protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you have inspected it for damage, and retain the original shipping carton. If there appears to be shipping damage, please contact Customer Services on 01491 821877 or email within 24 hours.

Any delivery discrepancies must be reported to us by email within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

Showroom Purchases

Please note: Unwanted or faulty goods purchased from the showroom must be returned to the showroom for inspection, repair or replacement

If we have to arrange for collection of goods purchased from the showroom then collection charges will apply.

 

Product Images

Please note: Product images are for representation of the product. Please note that whilst we try to keep all images up to date, on occasion products will differ slightly to the images. We will not accept returns on items where there is minimal difference to the product from the images used on the website.

Product Warranty

All products available for purchase via the website come with a manufacturer’s warranty of at least 6 months and conform in all material respects with all applicable UK regulations and requirements for baby and nursery equipment.

If part of a product becomes defective over time, please contact Customer Service by email or telephone 01491 821877 and we will provide you with the manufacturers contact details.

 

How to Receive an RMA Number

Please provide us with the following information in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All return requests should be submitted via e-mail: .

  1. Order number.
  2. The name of the product you wish to return
  3. Customer name
  4. Reason for return (defective, broken etc.)
  5. Whether you want a refund or a replacement
  6. Customer's e-mail address
  7. Date received
  8. Potential date of return

 

RMA Policy

  1. Please request an RMA number before you return the item
  2. Request for an RMA number must be made within 14 days. If damaged in shipping request a number within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
  3. Please allow up to 48 hours for an RMA number to be issued if requested by email.
  4. RMA numbers are good for 10 days.
  5. All items must be in original condition, with all packing materials, manuals, registration cards, etc. included. If items are missing e.g. instruction manuals we reserve the right not to refund the full cost of your order.
  6. Please remember to include your packing slip from the original order.
  7. You must write your RMA number on the outside of the package. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return.
  8. For your own safety if returning goods please send by recorded delivery. If the product is damaged please contact us and we will endeavour to have the item collected from you.
  9. Please allow up to 14 days for credit and replacement.
